Global Warming has been an issue for quite some time in the evolving world we live in. But with the way we live right now soon global warming won’t be an issue. The world will already be destroyed by the way we treat it. Without solutions to the global warming problem, we will face the worst possible direction that global warming could take. There will be no pure air for our next generation to breath, The glaciers will melt putting polar bears and multiple other animals in danger of extinction. The earth will warm up changing weather patterns in different parts of the United Staes. The heat will bring more diseases and hinder human health. Those aren’t even the only problems with the use of fossil fuels. The fossil fuels will soon enough deplete. This is losing companies billions of dollars and losing the earth its right to have a balance of heat and cold. But with this problem, there comes a promising solution. This solution is by the name of green technology. Green technology not only gives other options to using renewable resources but also helps decrease the wear and tear of factories and cars all over the world. While saving the planet you will, in fact, be saving money at the same time. Every billionaire knows that saving money is a waste. That is why green technology is not a savings account, it is an investment into the future of the earth we live on and saving money. In this report, I will provide a recommendation of why green technology is promising in giving a better tomorrow to our future generation. I will report on how we can as a country save the energy we use every day and save money. The green option not only improves the economy but helps to build the future of energy use that will avoid putting multiple animals and human beings alike in danger. What makes up the name of green technology? I speak to lawmakers, CEOs, and activists in an effort to provide information on what Green technology is if you have never heard of it. How we can use Green technology to save the planet and prevent any further problems through global warming. How Green technology saves you money and why Everyone should consider Green technology as a valuable alternative for energy use.

Look, The earth is burning, This is because of the way we misuse the energies for ourselves. The selfish intentions to clear a whole forest for high-end houses. This is from the desire to have factories make our favorite products years long. But I don’t blame to people who cause this. I can attest that the use of energy as it is right now is bad for the planet we live on. For the environment, we send our own kids out to live and breathe. Whilst all of this is true, I don’t blame the big businessmen. This is because I want to have my favorite materials too putting the disadvantages in the back of my mind. Maybe this is apart of my pre-conventional morality to want to have my rewards regardless of the downsides. That’s not all the reasons I don’t blame CEOs. I don’t blame them because they don’t know there are better options. That is why I will show you better. I would like to propose a greener way to save the planet. I will go over the benefits of more sustainable houses/buildings. The way in which we damage the environment and efforts being made right now to solve and fix those damages. I don’t ask for much in this paper, although I am recommending proper sustainable energy use. I only ask that you look into putting your money into something good. I want to show why green technology is a good investment for you. For Activist I want you to help me spread this message. The message of not only a sustainable future but an economically wise future. I will proclaim that Green technology should be the future of energy use. This is no small feat, many times people forget that money has a lot to do with how affordable renewable energy is. That is why green technology is also cheaper than fossil fuels and many other alternative ways to achieve a more sustainable future.
Every country will have its own way of fighting global warming. The problem is the many solutions that are brought up each year still does not effectively replace the use of fossil fuels. Even though the Kyoto Protocol putting limits on having less greenhouse gas emissions, global warming is still very much a problem in this world. There are also still doubts about the use of green technology as the energy use for the future. This is where I feel the need to introduce how green technology works and examples of success in this area. But in order for me to fully recommend this technology, I must analyze how it would affect each landscape that might use it. How this is a better alternative than other methods. While also discussing what makes green technology the best way to successfully reduce green gas emissions.
In order for us to understand global warming, we must understand the body of the planet. When I say body I mean the different ways in which the planet works to keep the oceans/land and air in balance. The keyword is carbon dioxide, It is used to ultimately determine the earth’s temperature. Heres a quick recap of global warming. The sun sends down the heat in which when it hits the ground 70% is directed back up through the planet. With the carbon dioxide and greenhouse gas emissions, the heat that is supposed to be sent back up into space is trapped in the air inside the earth. This causes more heats to be directed at the earth, therefore, raising the temperatures. Many people use the greenhouse as an analogy for what happens on the planet. But I like the analogy of a car during a hot summer day much better. When the heat is sent into the car instead of escaping the car it is trapped by the car. This is what happens to the planet When there is too much carbon dioxide in the air the balance of the earth’s different energies is in danger. Without the balance, the earth’s temperature and various gas spheres are in limbo. This causes the global warming incidents we have seen in the past few years through climate change and other phenomena in the air. All of this is due to industrial plants and the smoke that they force the air to ingest. The trees were torn down in order to build new roads killing the plants, therefore, preventing plants to fulfill its needs for the planet we live in.
What is a green technology
Green technology is a better way to save the energy we use and build the house we need. The first example you would see is probably a smart house. These houses are architect dreams, not only how they are built but the systems they are built with. A smart house is environmentally friendly and wallet-friendly at the same time. Many reasons for a sustainable home is the diversity of each home. We are talking homes meant to last over 100 years. The reason I introduce this first is to give you an example of green technology in something that you will be more familiar with. So in thinking of the way in which these homes are made, operated and utilized. Think of this but instead of homes think of this in-office building, in convenience stores and in factories at the same time. The reason I want to get my point across is that there are real ways for which we can save our environment while living how we have before. This method will decrease the cost and bring more modern technology to the buildings we live and work in. This to me is a cause to get behind, motivation for a better planet to live on and to give to our next generation. If you could give your grandson your car in the same condition you brought it in, would you? The more sustainable house I advertise right now is the same, these houses will last long enough for you to pass down in your family with the same useful functions you brought it with.
The keyword is Micro cogeneration, this is the name of the platform that will be used to build more sustainable buildings for us to live in. This is the way for you to save energy and every day uses in homes and buildings across the united states if green technology was given the investment needed. Micro cogeneration is a more functional way to use renewable energies. It saves carbon dioxide for now and the future. This method has been proven to significantly in reducing greenhouse gas emissions while saving energy at the same time. This saves money for a lot of people’s pockets and the arctic polar bears whose home is now melted because of global warming.

In looking towards the example of green technology we can look no further than the Helsinki music center in Finland. This building was a project for the use of BIM technology with green technology. The team that made the building mapped out how the building would operate and went into deep research on how to have strict energy efficiency. BIM has been used in the united states before to build items. So what if like the Helsinki music center you were to combine green technology and BIM for more buildings being built.

Mona Isa and her colleagues presented a wonderful paper on how green technology affects on investment returns. The paper goes into debt into why going green is the best way. It can give better benefits to its tenants through the air circulation in the building compared to other nongreen buildings. In this paper, there is also evidence that energy companies save 20-35% in annual energy costs. These point to the fact that capital value is actually higher in green buildings than nongreen buildings. There are studies that show that green building enjoys higher rent and occupancy rates to nongreen ones. The report showed how Green building experience more benefits for their homeowners and how the price level is also down compared to non-green buildings.
Conclusion
The problem I always hear with renewable energies is how effective will it can be in the long term. If it is a viable enough source to replace fossil fuel. There is a battle going on right now between what is the best energy source to use for our planet to become more healthy and thrive. The potential of green technology in sustainable houses is just this. Green technology will be able to last for years to come. It also cost less while giving more benefits to the building than non-green buildings. The present that green technology gives us is a house to use that will save us the energy capabilities from before. The greens houses because of the way the fuel cell works is able to provide electrical and heat power at the same time. The way in which we can utilize different methods to power the green houses is wonderful in saving the carbon dioxide that it lets out into the air. The reduced cost is also a factor of each home that cannot be looked over. This method of sustainable buildings has been used in various countries and is proven to be effective. The only thing that stands between a better tomorrow and the right now is an investment. A simple investment into not only green technology but your child and your grand child’s future. If you had the money to save the planet for your future generations, I ask what would you do?
